How We Make Money

The short answer

The running costs of the site, such as hosting, the domain name and the time spent researching and writing, are met by the owner. The site earns nothing from the guides you read, and no page on it is built to turn a reader into a customer for someone else.

What we do not take

• No payment from clinics or dentists, in Turkey, the UK or anywhere else, for a mention, a link, a better description or a place in any list.
• No referral fees or commission for sending readers to a provider. There is no booking form, no enquiry form and no “get a quote” button on the site, because we have nothing to pass an enquiry to.
• No advertising. You will not see banner adverts, sponsored articles or promoted listings.
• No affiliate links. The external links in our guides go to the sources we cite, such as the National Health Service (NHS), the General Dental Council, government pages and published research, and we earn nothing when you click them.
• No free treatment, travel or gifts from any provider in return for coverage.

Why this matters for what you read

Some websites about treatment abroad are run by, or paid by, businesses that sell it, and this is not always stated. That shapes what gets said. We don’t rank clinics, we don’t recommend dentists, and we say plainly where the evidence is thin or where a procedure removes healthy tooth that cannot be replaced. We can do that because nothing we publish is tied to whether you book anywhere.

That is also why we don’t show before-and-after galleries, clinic price lists or “top clinic” tables. Our cost section summarises the starting prices clinics and practices advertise on their own websites, from our own survey, without naming any of them. Your data

We don’t sell or share reader data with clinics, advertisers or data brokers. If you accept optional analytics, it is used only to see which guides are read, as described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

If this ever changes

If we ever accept money connected to this site, whether advertising, sponsorship, affiliate income or anything else, we will say so here first and give the date. We will label any page it affects at the top of that page, and we will not let it change what the guides say about risks, evidence or cost. Until this page says otherwise, the answer above stands. If you think a page on the site falls short of it, please tell us.
